Welcome
to
the
webpage
of
the
Sovereign
order
of
St.
John
of
Jerusalem
and
Malta
.
From
its
initial
days
the
Order
has
strived
to
be
of
service
and
to
adapt
its
structures
to
the
needs
of
the
moment
and
to
future
possible
mishaps;
We
feel
that
the
Order’s
challenging
objective
of
upholding
the
virtues
of
Chivalry and to strive to promote a service to humanity is a worthy goal, that should unite our members.
Wherever
these
are
found,
our
services
can
be
enhanced
and
improved
by
international
communication
and
collaboration.
With
this
aim,
the
Sovereign
order
of
St.John
of
Jerusalem
and
Malta,
is
ready
to
complement
existing
organisations
and
orders
and
the
work
carried
out
by
others.
We
have
already
reached
a
partner
agreement
with
a
number
of
distinguished
NGO’s
and
Orders
of
Chivalry
which
will
allow
us
to
organise
our
services
needed
in
this
modern
world.
We
are
facing
new
challenges
and
we
must
be
prepared
not
only
to
help
people
to
face
these
challenges,
but
to
give
them
the
necessary
knowledge and assistance to be able to overcome them..
I
invite
you
to
browse
our
site
and
discover
more
about
our
aims
and
our
continuing
efforts
to
reach
out
to
those
of
our
global
society
most
in
need.
Our
web
site
is
meant
for
all
who
are
concerned
with
Climate
Change,
Health,
Solidarity
and
Humanitarian
problems
-
whether
they
are
members
or
not
and
who want to participate in our actions or collaborate through their suggestions.
We
need
new
thinking
and
creativity
as
well
as
new
operational
approaches
and
steadfast
political
decisions,
both
at
home
and
abroad.
What
is
crucial
is
to
build
up
such
expertise
and
competence
which
will
allow
Knights
and
Dames
to
continue
learning
and
creating
new
solutions.
Solutions
that
we
have
no
idea
about
today.
For
this
aim,
it
is
our
belief
that
we
must
work
closely
with
other
Organisations
to
facilitate
our
struggles
and
goals.
Alone
it
is
a
very
uphill
struggle but in cooperation with other organisations working together we can make it easier as well as more cost effective.
